PRE-PRODUCTION
Looking at both equipment and content to determine the pieces required for a successful broadcast. The preparation needed for a successful broadcast.

PRODUCTION COMMUNICATION & WORKFLOW
Live production etiquette; what communication protocols are in place and what are the production timelines.

 

CAMERA SETUP
From nuts to bolts - rigging, balancing, signal flow; we will be looking at colour balancing for specific shots, checking back focus, and full operation of camera check.

OPERATION
Focus, framing, exposure and following the action, how to connect with the coverage of the action.

DIRECTING
Here we define and understand all the different components of a broadcast, and associate a role and person to each component. How to properly guide and maintain the flow, and content of the broadcast.

SWITCHER AND MIX EFFECTS (ME) CONFIGURATION
Properly configure audio and video inputs and outputs and fine-tune settings for your day-to-day production. Here we will analyze your current switcher configuration and workflow, and customize ME and MiniME effects modules and keyers to simplify your operations.

USING EFFECTS AND TRANSITION
Once configurations are made, we will focus on desired effects and transitions for each production stream.

STREAMING
Combine the design, production and distribution to realize your vision. We will explore how to better connect with your online audience and realize new revenue opportunities.

PRESENTATION WORKFLOW
Re-examine inputs, outputs, sources, crew, and creative potential to roadmap your desired vision in the most simple and effective way. We will focus on minimizing efforts while maximizing the potential of your production
